Clause 1
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User",
"you", "your") and kulisbet ("kulisbet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of
the kulisbet platform available at kulisbet.click and any associated mobile or
web applications (collectively, the "Platform").
kulisbet operates as an English-language online sports betting and casino entertainment information
platform targeting Malaysian adults. By creating an account, depositing funds or placing a wager on
the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms,
together with the kulisbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is
incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. kulisbet
reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform
following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Clause 2
Definitions
The following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in these Terms:

Clause 3
Account Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any
service on the Platform. kulisbet takes its obligations in this regard seriously and reserves
the right to request age-verification documentation at any stage. Accounts found to belong to
individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any Balance forfeited in accordance with
applicable policy.
3.2 Residency and Jurisdictional Restrictions
The Platform is operated with Malaysian users in mind. You are solely responsible for ensuring
that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kulisbet makes no
representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside its
intended operating territory.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual User may hold only one Account on the Platform. kulisbet prohibits the creation
of duplicate, secondary or shared Accounts. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging
to the same individual, kulisbet may close all but the oldest verified Account and may void any
Bonuses credited across the duplicate registrations.
3.4 Prohibited Persons
The following individuals are not permitted to hold an Account or participate in any wager:
- Persons under 21 years of age;
- Persons who have self-excluded from the Platform;
- Employees, contractors or agents of kulisbet or its affiliated service providers;
- Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

Registration & Account Rules
4.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your Account and must
keep such information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth,
residential address and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of
these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kulisbet
strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not shared across other services.
You must notify kulisbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
kulisbet accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.3 KYC Verification
Before processing any withdrawal, kulisbet requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof
of payment method ownership. Processing of KYC documents is conducted in accordance with the
kulisbet Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC within the stated period may result in
temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.
4.4 Account Activity
Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified
as dormant. kulisbet reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from dormant
Account balances in accordance with rates published in the applicable Fee Schedule. Users will
be notified before any deduction is applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
kulisbet accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of
transaction: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public
Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits
per method are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated periodically.
5.2 Deposit Processing
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are processed instantly upon confirmation
from the payment provider. Bank transfers via FPX, DuitNow and direct bank transfer are typically
processed within five to ten minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits
require a minimum number of blockchain confirmations and typically credit within fifteen to thirty
minutes. These estimates are indicative and may vary.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever
possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification and review for
compliance with these Terms. kulisbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation
before approving any withdrawal.
5.4 Currency
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise
specified. Where deposits or withdrawals are made in a currency other than MYR, the applicable
conversion rate at the time of transaction will apply.
Important: Funds deposited on the Platform are for entertainment purposes only.
Deposits are non-transferable between Accounts. kulisbet does not pay interest on Account
balances under any circumstances.

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
All sports bets and casino wagers are placed at the User's own risk. A wager is only confirmed
upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation from the Platform. kulisbet reserves the right
to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where a manifest error in odds
or game configuration has occurred.
6.2 Manifest Error
Where an obvious or palpable error in pricing, odds or game output has occurred (whether technical,
typographical or otherwise), kulisbet reserves the right to declare affected wagers void and to
return stakes to the User's Account. Winnings paid based on a manifest error may be recouped
without prior notice.
6.3 Suspicious Activity
kulisbet monitors wagering patterns for evidence of match manipulation, arbitrage, use of
automated betting systems, syndicate activity or any other conduct that undermines the integrity
of the Platform. Where such activity is reasonably suspected, kulisbet may void affected bets,
withhold pending payouts and report the matter to relevant authorities.
6.4 Sports Market-Specific Rules
Specific rules for individual sports markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions
League, UFC, and other covered events — are published in the kulisbet Sports Betting Rules section.
Users should review market-specific rules before placing any wager.
Clause 7
Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Conditions
All Bonuses offered by kulisbet are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time
of the offer. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the
promotion terms shall prevail for matters concerning that Bonus only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been
satisfied in full. The Wagering Requirement for each Bonus is expressed as a multiplier (for
example, X15 indicates that the Bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times before withdrawal
eligibility is unlocked). Progress towards a Wagering Requirement may only be accumulated through
eligible game categories at stated contribution rates.
7.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not claimed or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated
validity window — typically 7, 14 or 30 calendar days — will expire and be removed from the
Account Balance without compensation.
7.4 Bonus Abuse
kulisbet may void Bonuses and cancel associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a
User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim sign-up offers,
placing low-risk hedged bets to meet Wagering Requirements, or acting in concert with other Users
to exploit promotional terms.
7.5 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While Bonus funds remain active in an Account, individual wagers are subject to a maximum stake
cap as stated in the relevant promotion terms (typically MYR 250 – MYR 500 per
round or bet). Placing bets in excess of this cap while using Bonus funds may result in the Bonus
and derived winnings being voided.
Clause 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited. Breach of this clause may result in immediate
Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable Malaysian law;
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer or circumvent Platform systems or software;
- Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage at live dealer or poker tables;
- Registering more than one Account;
- Misrepresenting your identity, age or residential status;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering activity through the Platform;
- Harassing, threatening or abusing kulisbet staff or other Users.
Clause 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game
interfaces and trademarks, is the exclusive property of kulisbet or its licensed content
providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal
entertainment purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed or commercially
exploited without prior written consent from kulisbet.
Clause 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kulisbet shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your
use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of
opportunity, even where kulisbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kulisbet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of
related events shall not exceed the Account Balance held at the time the relevant claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability
that cannot be excluded by law.
Service Interruptions: kulisbet does not warrant that the Platform will be
available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may
affect access. kulisbet shall not be liable for any financial consequences resulting from
inaccessibility of the Platform during such periods.
Clause 11
Suspension & Termination
11.1 Suspension by kulisbet
kulisbet may suspend or restrict an Account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably
suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or any conduct that poses a risk to the
Platform, other Users or third parties. During suspension, access to Account funds may be
temporarily restricted pending investigation.
11.2 Termination by kulisbet
kulisbet reserves the right to close any Account permanently where a material breach has been
established following investigation. In such cases, forfeiture of Bonus funds and potentially
real-money funds may apply, subject to applicable legal requirements.
11.3 Closure by User
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the kulisbet support team.
Any verified and withdrawable Balance will be returned to the User's last verified payment method
within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Clause 12
Responsible Gambling
kulisbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely
as adult entertainment. Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits and
session time reminders through the Account settings panel. Self-exclusion options are available
for Users who wish to restrict or close their access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite
period.

Clause 13
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes
arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to
kulisbet's support team for informal resolution. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached
within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties may pursue other available remedies in accordance
with applicable law.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable
Malaysian law.
Clause 14
Amendments
kulisbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes
are material, kulisbet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address
registered on the Account. The updated Terms will carry a revised Effective Date at the top of
the document. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes
unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must
cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
